高性能橋梁鋼Q370qE-HPS過冷奧氏體連續(xù)冷卻相變行為

【摘要】:利用Gleeble 1500D型數(shù)控動態(tài)熱-力學物理模擬試驗機,針對新近研發(fā)的Q370q E-HPS高性能橋梁鋼進行了過冷奧氏體連續(xù)冷卻相變行為研究。結果表明,當冷卻速度小于5℃/s時,形成鐵素體+珠光體組織,當冷卻速度在8℃/s~15℃/s時,形成針狀鐵素體+貝氏體組織。Q370q E-HPS高性能橋梁鋼鐵素體轉變溫度區(qū)間為700~800℃,貝氏體轉變溫度區(qū)間為550~700℃,與傳統(tǒng)正火工藝橋梁鋼Q370q E相比較,Q370q E-HPS鋼轉變開始溫度高。Q370q E-HPS鋼兩階段變形后的冷速≤5℃/s時形成均勻細小的鐵素體+珠光體組織,可作為控冷階段的參考冷速。
