激光熔覆FeAlCrNiSiC高熵合金涂層研究

【摘要】:利用YAG脈沖固體激光器,在高純氬氣的保護(hù)下,選取優(yōu)化了的激光工藝參數(shù)在45#鋼表面制備FeAlCrNiSiC六元高熵合金涂層。主要采用OM、SEM、EDS、XRD和顯微硬度等分析手段,對實(shí)驗(yàn)制備的合金涂層的形貌、組織結(jié)構(gòu)、成分、相結(jié)構(gòu)、硬度及相關(guān)機(jī)理進(jìn)行了研究。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:優(yōu)化的激光熔覆工藝參數(shù)為功率85 W,激光掃描速度為5mm/s,能量密度47J/mm2,搭接率50%。采用此優(yōu)化工藝參數(shù)成功制備了與基體形成良好冶金結(jié)合的FeAlCrNiSiC高熵合金涂層。制備涂層的硬度達(dá)到了800HV,涂層的內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)由條狀等軸晶及網(wǎng)狀枝晶組成,組分偏析得到了有效緩解。合金涂層具有FCC結(jié)構(gòu)的γ-Fe和BCC結(jié)構(gòu)的FeAlCrNiSiC固溶體的簡單物相,合金元素Al、Cr、Si、Ni、C固溶在兩種多組元固溶體中,增加了晶格畸變,使涂層具有高的硬度。
[Abstract]:FeAlCrNiSiC six-element high entropy alloy coating was prepared on the surface of 45 # steel by using YAG pulse solid-state laser under the protection of high purity argon.
