紫銅-碳鋼磁脈沖焊接接頭界面形貌研究

【摘要】:為探索紫銅-碳鋼磁脈沖焊接(MPW)接頭界面形貌等微觀特征,本文進(jìn)行了T2紫銅管和50#鋼管的磁脈沖焊接試驗(yàn),在電壓11 k V、徑向間隙2.2 mm、重疊面積比3/4的條件下,獲得了T2銅管-50#鋼管冶金連接接頭.通過(guò)光學(xué)金相、SEM/EDS、顯微硬度和納米壓痕試驗(yàn),重點(diǎn)研究了接頭界面形貌、基體元素?cái)U(kuò)散和硬度分布.結(jié)果表明:接頭由未焊合區(qū)、波狀界面結(jié)合區(qū)、平直界面結(jié)合區(qū)等特征區(qū)域構(gòu)成,連接區(qū)長(zhǎng)度達(dá)到5 mm;波狀結(jié)合區(qū)界面波長(zhǎng)約為60μm,波峰幅值高約20μm;平直界面結(jié)合區(qū)基體元素?cái)U(kuò)散區(qū)(過(guò)渡區(qū))寬度約2μm,而在波狀界面結(jié)合區(qū),擴(kuò)散區(qū)寬度可達(dá)6μm;接頭銅側(cè)硬度相對(duì)初始值提高50%,最高硬度值出現(xiàn)在靠近界面的50號(hào)鋼側(cè),而界面硬度介于兩種母材之間.
