Al-10.78Zn-2.78Mg-2.59Cu-0.22Zr-0.047Sr鋁合金擠壓材的性能

【摘要】:研究了Al-10.78Zn-2.78Mg-2.59Cu-0.22Zr-0.047Sr鋁合金擠壓材在固溶-T652和預回復-固溶-T652時的組織和性能。結果表明:該合金在121℃×24h時效制度下,預回復退火處理可有效細化晶粒(從9.76μm減小到5.56μm),降低晶界平均角度(從23.59°降低至17.41°),顯著提高低角度晶界百分比(從53%提高到67%),提高位錯強化,并顯著抑制再結晶的發(fā)生;與固溶-T652相比,預回復-固溶-T652工藝在不降低強度的情況下可提高其晶間和剝落腐蝕性能(最大晶間腐蝕深度從125.0μm減少到91.4μm,剝落腐蝕從EB級提高到EA級);在預回復-固溶-T652狀態(tài)下合金的抗拉強度達到728MPa,預回復退火處理能提高合金的強度。位錯強化和低角度晶界強化是合金的主要強化機制。
