Pd包覆TiZrNiCo的抗毒化及動力學(xué)性能

【摘要】:采用化學(xué)鍍方法在TiZrNiCo合金顆粒表面包覆上0.4~2μm厚的Pd膜,并測得不同膜厚的Pd/TiZrNiCo試樣在混合氣體中的吸氫動力學(xué)。結(jié)果表明:Pd膜越薄,Pd/TiZrNiCo抗毒化性能及吸氫動力學(xué)性能越好,0.4μm厚Pd膜試樣的吸氫量為2μm厚Pd膜試樣的1.6倍。Pd/TiZrNiCo試樣吸放氫后粉化,引發(fā)Pd膜破裂導(dǎo)致吸氫速率減緩與基體粉化引發(fā)吸氫速率加快的兩種效果,吸氫量隨吸放氫次數(shù)的增加而出現(xiàn)波動性的上升回落。根據(jù)吸氫機(jī)理及毒化機(jī)理,提出并采用相應(yīng)的動力學(xué)模型,并對TiZrNiCo吸純氫及Pd/TiZrNiCo吸氫動力學(xué)曲線進(jìn)行了擬合。
[Abstract]:The Pd film with thickness of 0.4 ~ 2 渭 m was coated on the surface of TiZrNiCo alloy particles by chemical plating, and the hydrogen absorption kinetics of Pd/TiZrNiCo samples with different film thickness in mixed gas was measured. The results show that the thinner the Pd film is, the better the antitoxic properties and hydrogen absorption kinetics of Pd/TiZrNiCo are. The hydrogen absorption capacity of 0.4 渭 m thick Pd film sample is 1.6 times of that of 2 渭 m thick Pd film sample. PD / TiZrNiCo sample is powdered after hydrogen absorption and desorption. There are two effects: the slow down of hydrogen absorption rate caused by the rupture of Pd film and the acceleration of hydrogen absorption rate caused by matrix powderization. The hydrogen absorption rate fluctuates and decreases with the increase of hydrogen absorption and desorption times. According to the mechanism of hydrogen absorption and poisoning, the corresponding kinetic model was proposed and adopted, and the kinetic curves of pure hydrogen absorption by TiZrNiCo and hydrogen absorption by Pd/TiZrNiCo were fitted.
