具有平行四邊形截面的桿類結(jié)構(gòu)波動(dòng)特性分析

【摘要】:超聲導(dǎo)波無損檢測技術(shù)具有高效、快捷、靈敏等特點(diǎn),應(yīng)用前景廣泛。復(fù)雜結(jié)構(gòu)的無損檢測方案,需要根據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)中超聲導(dǎo)波傳播特性分析結(jié)果進(jìn)行優(yōu)化選取。針對平行四邊形截面桿,采用同時(shí)滿足平行四邊形域基本方程及斜邊邊界條件的斜坐標(biāo)系,建立了完整的平行四邊形桿的波動(dòng)力學(xué)方程。采用分向半解析法,計(jì)算得到了平行四邊形桿中超聲導(dǎo)波的頻散曲線,并分別研究了斜坐標(biāo)系角度、對角線之比和鄰邊邊長之比對縱向、扭轉(zhuǎn)模態(tài)頻散特性的影響規(guī)律。最后,通過導(dǎo)波激勵(lì)、接收實(shí)驗(yàn),驗(yàn)證了計(jì)算所得結(jié)論的正確性。
[Abstract]:Ultrasonic guided wave nondestructive testing technology has the characteristics of high efficiency, rapidity and sensitivity, and has a wide application prospect. The nondestructive testing scheme of complex structure needs to be optimized according to the analysis results of ultrasonic guided wave propagation characteristics in the structure. For the parallelogram section rod, the complete wave dynamics equation of the parallel quadrangle bar is established by using the oblique coordinate system which satisfies the basic equation of the parallel quadrangle domain and the oblique boundary condition at the same time. The dispersion curves of ultrasonic guided waves in parallel quadrangle bars are calculated by using the split-direction semi-analytical method, and the effects of oblique coordinate system angle, diagonal ratio and adjacent edge length ratio on longitudinal and torsional modal dispersion characteristics are studied respectively. Finally, the correctness of the calculated results is verified by guided wave excitation and receiving experiments.
