【摘要】：6005A鋁合金是一種中等強(qiáng)度鋁合金,已經(jīng)成為軌道交通車輛制造中的重要材料。跟蹤和分析了6005A-T6鋁合金復(fù)雜大斷面型材批量生產(chǎn)過程,總結(jié)了在合金成分設(shè)計(jì)、擠壓和熱處理等工藝方面適用的工藝參數(shù)。
[Abstract]:6005A aluminum alloy is a kind of medium strength aluminum alloy, which has become an important material in the manufacture of rail transit vehicles. The mass production process of 6005A-T6 aluminum alloy complex large section profile was followed and analyzed, and the suitable process parameters in alloy composition design, extrusion and heat treatment were summarized.
