TC4合金表面微弧氧化制備抗高溫氧化涂層

【摘要】:目的尋求最佳的微弧氧化工藝參數(shù),提高鈦合金的高溫抗氧化性能。方法進(jìn)行3因素3水平正交試驗(yàn)(3因素包括電壓、氧化反應(yīng)時(shí)間和電解液濃度),通過XRD和SEM表征微弧氧化涂層的物相和顯微結(jié)構(gòu),采用650℃×100 h循環(huán)氧化試驗(yàn)評(píng)價(jià)涂層的抗高溫氧化性能,最終利用極差分析法分析各因素對(duì)涂層試樣氧化增重的影響主次,并得到最優(yōu)參數(shù)組合。利用回歸分析建立氧化增重與試驗(yàn)各參數(shù)之間的數(shù)學(xué)模型,并分析模型的顯著性。結(jié)果不同工藝參數(shù)下制得的微弧氧化涂層表面形貌特征不同,涂層物相以金紅石相和銳鈦礦相二氧化鈦為主。3個(gè)因素對(duì)涂層抗高溫氧化性的影響由大到小依次為:電壓時(shí)間電解液濃度。建立的氧化增重W與各參數(shù)(電壓V、反應(yīng)時(shí)間t、電解液濃度E)間的二次函數(shù)方程模型為:W=0.008 39(V-396.6)+0.1698t-64.5E-0.000 108(V-396.6)2-0.0044t2+700E2+0.0017。結(jié)論最佳參數(shù)組合為:電壓480 V,時(shí)間25 min,電解液濃度0.04 mol/L。通過回歸分析得到的氧化增重與各參數(shù)間的數(shù)學(xué)模型顯著。
