7050鋁合金均勻化過程中組織轉(zhuǎn)變

【摘要】:采用光學(xué)顯微鏡、掃描電鏡和差示掃描量熱法等研究7050合金均勻化過程中的顯微組織與化合物的演變。結(jié)果表明,7050合金鑄態(tài)為典型的枝晶網(wǎng)狀組織,其中片層狀共晶組織由α(Al)和T相(Al Zn Mg Cu)組成,并存在少量含F(xiàn)e相(Al7Cu2Fe)。均勻化溫度在460℃以上,共晶相發(fā)生分解,且由T相向S相(Al2Cu Mg)發(fā)生轉(zhuǎn)變,480℃以上S相發(fā)生溶解并逐漸減少,而含F(xiàn)e相的形狀和尺寸基本不發(fā)生變化。隨均勻化時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng)和溫度的升高,T相逐步向S相完全轉(zhuǎn)變,且S相逐漸溶解于基體中,殘留很少。對(duì)于所采用的7050合金鑄錠,為了消除共晶組織,減少殘留化合物和合金元素均勻分布,460℃×24 h+480℃×8 h雙級(jí)均勻化工藝為較合理的均勻化工藝。
