SGQG熱軋酸洗生產(chǎn)線改進(jìn)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理研究

【摘要】:SGQG熱軋酸洗線為SG設(shè)計(jì)院設(shè)計(jì)的推拉式淺槽紊流式酸洗線,屬于單卷獨(dú)立酸洗的斷續(xù)式生產(chǎn)線,適于厚度較厚和強(qiáng)度較高的熱軋板的酸洗,生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品多數(shù)為低端產(chǎn)品,相比連續(xù)式酸洗線,在表面質(zhì)量、板形等方面不具競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。隨著鋼材市場(chǎng)產(chǎn)能逐漸過剩,市場(chǎng)供過于求的形式逐漸凸顯,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)已達(dá)到白熱化階段,為了進(jìn)一步提升產(chǎn)品效益,SGQG熱軋產(chǎn)品計(jì)劃往高端轉(zhuǎn)型,即更薄、更寬、更精確的產(chǎn)品,以便追求更高的利潤(rùn)空間,這就需要產(chǎn)線設(shè)備升級(jí),以便提供必要的硬件支撐,因此提出SGQG熱軋酸洗生產(chǎn)線改進(jìn)項(xiàng)目,增加破鱗拉矯機(jī)、熱軋測(cè)厚儀改造、表面質(zhì)量檢測(cè)儀、邊降儀等設(shè)備。首先本文對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的相關(guān)理論以及文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了陳述,包括項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃概念、編制方法以及項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制概念、內(nèi)容、方法等等,其次針對(duì)SGQG熱軋酸洗生產(chǎn)線改進(jìn)項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn),尤其是需要在產(chǎn)線正常運(yùn)行的情況下進(jìn)行設(shè)備升級(jí)及改進(jìn),對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制提出了更高的要求。通過分析SGQG熱軋酸洗生產(chǎn)線改進(jìn)項(xiàng)目的整體情況,包括項(xiàng)目背景、項(xiàng)目?jī)?nèi)容、項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)等等,同時(shí)結(jié)合項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的相關(guān)理論及知識(shí),利用計(jì)劃分解圖、網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃圖、甘特圖、關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)法等知識(shí)內(nèi)容,分析出SGQG熱軋酸洗生產(chǎn)線改進(jìn)項(xiàng)目可能存在的問題及不確定因素,同時(shí)分析可能出現(xiàn)問題的各種原因,并提出解決措施及方案,最后制定了適合于本項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度計(jì)劃及進(jìn)度控制。
[Abstract]:SGQG hot rolling pickling line is a push-pull shallow tank turbulent pickling line designed by SG Design Institute. It belongs to a single coil independent pickling production line, which is suitable for pickling of hot rolled plate with thicker thickness and higher strength. Most of the products are low-end products. Compared with continuous pickling line, it has no competitive advantage in surface quality, shape and so on. With the gradual overcapacity in the steel market, the form of oversupply in the market has gradually become prominent, and the competition has reached the white-hot stage. In order to further improve the efficiency of the products, SGQG hot rolled products plan to transform to the high end, that is, thinner, wider and more accurate products. In order to pursue higher profit space, it is necessary to upgrade the production line equipment in order to provide the necessary hardware support. Therefore, the improvement project of SGQG hot rolling pickling production line, the addition of scale breaking straightening machine, the transformation of hot rolling thickness measuring instrument and the surface quality detector are put forward. Side drop instrument and other equipment. First of all, this paper describes the related theories and literature of project schedule management, including the concept of project schedule plan, compilation method, project schedule control concept, content, method and so on. Secondly, according to the characteristics of the improvement project of SGQG hot rolling pickling production line, especially the need to upgrade and improve the equipment under the condition of normal operation of the production line, the project schedule control is put forward higher requirements. By analyzing the overall situation of SGQG hot rolling pickling production line improvement project, including project background, project content, project objectives and so on, combined with the relevant theory and knowledge of project schedule management, using plan decomposition diagram, network plan diagram, Based on the knowledge contents of Gantt chart and key point method, this paper analyzes the possible problems and uncertain factors in the improvement project of SGQG hot rolling pickling production line, analyzes the various causes of the possible problems, and puts forward some measures and schemes for solving the problems. Finally, the progress plan and progress control suitable for the project are worked out.
