S32750超級(jí)雙相不銹鋼在NaCl溶液中的臨界點(diǎn)蝕溫度及電化學(xué)腐蝕機(jī)理

【摘要】:采用電化學(xué)測(cè)試研究了S32750超級(jí)雙相不銹鋼在3.5%Na Cl溶液中的臨界點(diǎn)蝕溫度(CPT)及電化學(xué)腐蝕機(jī)理,結(jié)合試樣點(diǎn)蝕前后的形貌變化,得出S32750不銹鋼的臨界點(diǎn)蝕溫度為71℃。在低于臨界點(diǎn)蝕溫度時(shí),不銹鋼表面能形成穩(wěn)定的鈍化膜;高于臨界點(diǎn)蝕溫度時(shí),由于Cl-的活性增加及鈍化膜的溶解,不銹鋼表面產(chǎn)生點(diǎn)蝕現(xiàn)象,且溫度越高,點(diǎn)蝕越劇烈。構(gòu)建了雙相不銹鋼S32750臨界點(diǎn)蝕溫度前后的電化學(xué)腐蝕模型。
