面向對象的中厚板軋線模擬系統(tǒng)設計開發(fā)

【摘要】:為實現(xiàn)軋線自動化系統(tǒng)離線調試和優(yōu)化目的,開發(fā)了中厚板軋線模擬系統(tǒng).應用面向對象技術進行模擬系統(tǒng)設計,將軋線劃分為設備對象、儀表對象和軋件對象.單體對象通過封裝的服務更新自身屬性,通過開放的公共屬性建立對象之間的關聯(lián).基于過程控制系統(tǒng)平臺環(huán)境進行模擬系統(tǒng)開發(fā),采用多線程結構滿足中厚板軋線多個工藝區(qū)域的模擬要求,以時間觸發(fā)器控制模擬時間步長,采用實際數(shù)據(jù)回放方法產生模擬系統(tǒng)的軋制工藝數(shù)據(jù).模擬系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)了從坯料上線開始到軋制結束生產過程的模擬,設計開發(fā)的中厚板軋線模擬系統(tǒng)已應用于實際工程項目,滿足了軋線自動化系統(tǒng)的離線調試要求.
[Abstract]:In order to realize off-line debugging and optimization of wire rolling automation system, a medium and heavy plate rolling simulation system is developed. The simulation system is designed by using object-oriented technology, and the rolling line is divided into equipment object, instrument object and rolling object. The single object updates its own properties through the encapsulated service, and establishes the association between the objects through the open public properties. Based on the platform environment of process control system, the simulation system is developed. The multi-thread structure is used to meet the simulation requirements of multiple process areas of medium and heavy plate rolling line, and the simulation time step is controlled by time flip-flop. The rolling process data of the simulation system are generated by the actual data playback method. The simulation system realizes the simulation from the beginning of billet to the end of rolling. The designed and developed medium and heavy plate rolling line simulation system has been applied to the actual engineering project, which meets the off-line debugging requirements of the rolling automation system.
