熱處理工藝對熱作模具鋼性能的影響

【摘要】:以5CrMnMoV熱作模具鋼材料為研究對象,研究了熱處理工藝對其力學性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:當淬火溫度為1000℃,保溫0.5h,回火溫度為575℃,保溫1.5 h后的力學性能最佳,此時所制備的熱作模具鋼屈服強度為1376MPa,抗拉強度為1573 MPa,伸長率為11.9%,斷面收縮率為32,3%。
