【摘要】:對擠壓態(tài)AZ31鎂合金進(jìn)行預(yù)壓縮和熱處理,研究預(yù)壓縮和熱處理對其形變行為的影響。結(jié)果表明:在低溫下退火(170℃退火4 h),試樣經(jīng)過退火處理或未經(jīng)退火處理的幾乎具有相等的屈服強(qiáng)度(~148 MPa),這是由于它們的顯微組織幾乎沒有變化。然而在相同退火條件下,經(jīng)預(yù)壓縮并退火的試樣的屈服強(qiáng)度(~225 MPa)高于只有預(yù)壓縮試樣的屈服強(qiáng)度(~200 MPa)。由于溶質(zhì)原子在孿晶界偏析引起強(qiáng)化,前者顯示出退火硬化效應(yīng)。預(yù)壓縮試樣在400℃退火1h后,其伸長率(~28%)高于預(yù)壓縮試樣的伸長率(~15%),但其屈服強(qiáng)度(~125 MPa)低于預(yù)壓縮試樣的屈服強(qiáng)度(~200 MPa)。
