【摘要】：對(duì)高溫滲碳軸承鋼G13Cr4Mo4Ni4V滲碳時(shí)粗大及網(wǎng)狀碳化物的成因及控制方法進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)果表明:若滲碳時(shí)只形成粗大碳化物,可通過(guò)提高二次淬火溫度或延長(zhǎng)保溫時(shí)間消除;若滲碳時(shí)形成網(wǎng)狀碳化物,二次淬火時(shí)不能消除,必須在滲碳過(guò)程中進(jìn)行擴(kuò)散。
[Abstract]:The causes and control methods of coarse and reticulated carbides during G13Cr4Mo4Ni4V Carburizing of high temperature Carburizing bearing steel were studied. The results show that if only coarse carbides are formed during Carburizing, they can be eliminated by increasing the secondary quenching temperature or prolonging the holding time, and if the reticulated carbides are formed during the Carburizing, they cannot be eliminated during the second quenching, so they must be diffused in the Carburizing process.
