高強(qiáng)度硼鋼淬火界面熱交換系數(shù)的實(shí)驗(yàn)與模擬

【摘要】:通過測量硼鋼B1500HS淬火過程中板料和模具的溫度變化曲線,結(jié)合有限元分析及反傳熱模型獲得淬火過程中板料與模具間的界面熱交換系數(shù)(IHTC)與溫度的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明:板料溫度從770℃下降到200℃,IHTC的變化范圍在1970~3960 W/(m2·K)之間。隨著板料溫度的降低,IHTC隨之降低,但由于材料在410℃時(shí)發(fā)生奧氏體向馬氏體的轉(zhuǎn)變,相變潛熱的釋放導(dǎo)致IHTC不連續(xù)的現(xiàn)象發(fā)生。與以距離模具形面下方1mm處作為淬火介質(zhì)的環(huán)境溫度相比,以模具形面處作為淬火介質(zhì)的環(huán)境溫度得到的IHTC分布規(guī)律同前者基本一致,但I(xiàn)HTC的數(shù)值較高。
