鎳鋁青銅化學鍍鎳磷合金和性能

【摘要】:以船用銅合金鎳鋁青銅為基體,采用酸性化學鍍溶液體系制備鎳磷合金鍍層,對該鎳磷鍍層的界面結合情況及其強度、表面形貌、化學成分組成、硬度、耐海水腐蝕性能等進行了研究。結果顯示,鍍層為高磷非晶鍍層,組織均勻致密,無孔隙等明顯缺陷,界面結合強度高,同時硬度較高(646 HV),耐海水腐蝕性能明顯優(yōu)化?梢姴捎没瘜W鍍鎳磷合金對鎳鋁青銅進行表面改性處理,可有效提高其綜合性能,保護基體材料,延長其在海水中的服役壽命。
[Abstract]:Ni-P alloy coating was prepared by acid electroless plating solution with copper alloy Ni-Al bronze as substrate. The interface bonding, strength, surface morphology, chemical composition and hardness of Ni-P coating were studied. The corrosion resistance of seawater was studied. The results show that the coating is a high-phosphorus amorphous coating with uniform and dense microstructure, no obvious defects such as pores, high interfacial bonding strength and high hardness (646 HV), and the corrosion resistance of seawater is obviously optimized. It can be seen that the surface modification of Ni-Al bronze by electroless plating Ni-P alloy can effectively improve its comprehensive properties, protect the matrix material and prolong its service life in seawater.
