GW63K耐熱鎂合金的力學(xué)性能優(yōu)化

【摘要】:對GW63K鎂合金進(jìn)行不同工藝的T6熱處理。結(jié)果表明:固溶處理不但可以提高合金的強(qiáng)度,還能使其保持良好的塑性,而時效處理能使T4態(tài)GW63K合金的強(qiáng)度進(jìn)一步提高,但會降低其伸長率。隨著T61、T62、T63和T64四種熱處理中固溶溫度從545℃降低到525℃,GW63K鎂合金的強(qiáng)度基本不變,而伸長率得到提高;固溶溫度繼續(xù)從525℃降低到515℃,GW63K鎂合金的強(qiáng)度開始下降,而伸長率繼續(xù)提高。對比后發(fā)現(xiàn),T63態(tài)合金的力學(xué)性能完全滿足技術(shù)指標(biāo)要求,為最佳熱處理工藝。
