熱-機械處理對亞穩(wěn)β鈦合金微觀組織和力學性能的影響

【摘要】:采用X射線衍射、透射電鏡和力學性能測試等手段,系統(tǒng)研究了熱-機械處理對亞穩(wěn)βTi-25Nb-2Mo-4Sn合金微觀組織和力學性能的影響。結果表明:由于合金中β穩(wěn)定化元素含量不足,固溶處理后的合金中含有大量的α"馬氏體,合金呈現(xiàn)低屈服強度。經(jīng)過相同的時效處理(400℃/2 h),固溶態(tài)和冷軋態(tài)樣品的相組成分別為β+ω和β+α相。冷變形引入的大量位錯和晶界可有效抑制時效過程中ω相的形成,并促進α相的析出。冷軋態(tài)樣品經(jīng)475℃時效15 min后彈性模量為65 GPa,屈服強度和抗拉強度分別為1033和1113 MPa,實現(xiàn)了低模量和高強度的良好匹配。
[Abstract]:The effect of thermal-mechanical treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of metastable 尾-Ti-25Nb-2Mo-4Sn alloy was systematically studied by means of X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy and mechanical properties test.
