熱處理對(duì)GH3625合金管材組織和性能的影響

【摘要】:采用不同溫度對(duì)GH3625合金熱擠壓管材進(jìn)行熱處理,研究了熱處理對(duì)GH3625合金管材組織演變和性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,熱處理溫度對(duì)晶粒長(zhǎng)大影響比較明顯,隨熱處理溫度升高,晶粒長(zhǎng)大溫度為970℃到1150℃,當(dāng)溫度達(dá)到1180℃時(shí),晶粒迅速長(zhǎng)大,同時(shí)熱處理溫度改變雪花狀Ni_2(Cr,Mo)相析出和分布。GH3625合金管材的硬度值與晶粒尺寸符合Hall-Patch關(guān)系式。隨熱處理溫度升高,GH3625合金抗拉強(qiáng)度降低,斷后伸長(zhǎng)率增加。熱處理前后GH3625合金的斷裂均視為韌窩斷裂和部分沿晶斷裂的混合型。
