基于PR-11RⅢ級復(fù)合連桿滾動剪切機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)動學(xué)分析

【摘要】:通過對國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有的液壓板材剪切機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)的原理分析,提出一種新型的單液壓缸驅(qū)動的液壓滾切式板材剪切機(jī),獲得PR-11RⅢ級桿組的復(fù)合連桿機(jī)構(gòu)簡化模型。以實(shí)現(xiàn)純滾動剪切為設(shè)計(jì)前提,利用閉環(huán)矢量法對該復(fù)合連桿滾切機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行正運(yùn)動學(xué)建模,給出機(jī)構(gòu)的閉環(huán)矢量,推導(dǎo)其運(yùn)動學(xué)方程,借助MATLAB/Simulink軟件對其進(jìn)行運(yùn)動學(xué)仿真分析計(jì)算,獲得上刀臺各關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)的運(yùn)動軌跡及主要衡量指標(biāo)。以推廣應(yīng)用的某大型機(jī)械有限公司2 000 mm單液壓缸驅(qū)動的液壓滾切式板材剪切機(jī)研發(fā)項(xiàng)目為依托,對剪切機(jī)構(gòu)的運(yùn)動軌跡進(jìn)行運(yùn)動學(xué)模擬仿真,結(jié)果表明上下剪刃重疊量和刀弧水平偏移量的模擬結(jié)果均符合實(shí)際生產(chǎn)要求,從而更進(jìn)一步證實(shí)了該新型的單液壓缸驅(qū)動的液壓滾切式板材剪切機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的合理性與運(yùn)動學(xué)模型的正確性。
