BR1500HS高強鋼與5CrMnMo模具鋼的瞬態(tài)接觸換熱系數(shù)
[Abstract]:The heat transfer process of hot stamping is analyzed and simplified to one-dimensional heat transfer by using the self-made experimental device. The temperature changes of high strength steel and die are measured under certain pressure and certain holding time. Based on the improved inverse heat transfer algorithm, the variation of the interfacial heat transfer coefficient at a certain interface average temperature and pressure and a certain holding time is solved. The results show that the heat transfer coefficient increases with the increase of temperature and pressure and has a power function relationship with temperature and pressure. The sensitivity of heat transfer coefficient to pressure at high temperature is higher than that at low temperature. With the increase of heat preservation time, the heat transfer coefficient decreases with the increase of heat preservation time, and the heat transfer coefficient tends to be stable with the increase of pressure and holding time. At a certain holding time, the heat transfer coefficient is only related to temperature and pressure, and the influence of pressure on heat transfer coefficient is greater than that of temperature. The expression of the change of heat transfer coefficient with temperature and pressure is obtained.
