鎂合金模具用新型材料的組織與性能研究

【摘要】:在商用4Cr5MoSiV模具鋼中添加了0.8wt%石墨烯,制備了鎂合金鑄造模具用石墨烯改性的新型材料,并進行了顯微組織、物相組成、耐磨損性和熱疲勞性能的測試。結果表明,添加0.8wt%石墨烯顯著提高了材料的耐磨損性和熱疲勞性。與商用材料4Cr5MoSiV相比,該新型材料的25、300、600℃磨損體積分別減小84.4%、85.8%和91.2%,熱裂紋級別從12級變?yōu)?級。
[Abstract]:A new material modified by graphene for magnesium alloy casting die was prepared by adding 0.8 wt% graphene into commercial 4Cr5MoSiV die steel. The microstructure, phase composition, wear resistance and thermal fatigue property were tested.
