【摘要】：為了能夠?qū)ιa(chǎn)制造過程的需求變化進(jìn)行快速響應(yīng)并獲得機(jī)床資源成本的最佳經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,提出基于連結(jié)關(guān)系圖法的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化可重構(gòu)機(jī)床的結(jié)構(gòu)建模和仿真方法。通過分析用戶需求以獲取工序加工信息,提取可重構(gòu)機(jī)床為完成加工任務(wù)所需執(zhí)行的一系列運(yùn)動(dòng),并利用齊次變換矩陣建立可重構(gòu)機(jī)床基本功能的運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)模型。根據(jù)加工操作的功能需求,用連結(jié)關(guān)系圖法對(duì)機(jī)床拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行描述,生成候選可重構(gòu)機(jī)床的形式化表示,并根據(jù)可重構(gòu)機(jī)床和機(jī)械模塊的運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)模型在機(jī)床模塊庫(kù)中選擇合適的機(jī)床模塊,合成滿足運(yùn)動(dòng)需求、結(jié)構(gòu)需求和重構(gòu)需求的可重構(gòu)機(jī)床配置。通過基于Internet的機(jī)床運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真和機(jī)床結(jié)構(gòu)驗(yàn)證,說(shuō)明了所提方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:In order to respond rapidly to the demand change of manufacturing process and to obtain the best economic benefit of machine tool resource cost, a structural modeling and simulation method of networked reconfigurable machine tool based on link relation graph is proposed. Based on the analysis of user requirements to obtain process information, a series of motions needed by reconfigurable machine tools to complete machining tasks are extracted, and a kinematic model of the basic functions of reconfigurable machine tools is established by using homogeneous transformation matrix. According to the functional requirements of machining operation, the topological structure of machine tool is described by using the method of link relation graph, and the formal representation of candidate reconfigurable machine tool is generated. According to the kinematics model of the reconfigurable machine tool and machine module, the suitable machine tool module is selected in the machine tool module library to synthesize the reconfigurable machine tool configuration to meet the needs of motion, structure and reconstruction. The effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated by the simulation of machine tool motion based on Internet and the verification of machine tool structure.
