有機(jī)緩蝕劑對(duì)陽(yáng)極箔直流擴(kuò)面增容的影響

【摘要】:通過(guò)電化學(xué)測(cè)試技術(shù)和失重法,研究了擴(kuò)孔腐蝕過(guò)程中有機(jī)添加劑聚乙二醇(分子量為400)和乙二醇對(duì)鋁箔比電容以及失重的影響,并在確定添加劑最佳用量的前提下,分析了溫度對(duì)鋁箔腐蝕的影響。研究表明,聚乙二醇和乙二醇最佳添加量分別為0.4,0.8g/L,鋁箔比電容分別對(duì)應(yīng)為372,334μF/cm2。經(jīng)進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化發(fā)現(xiàn),在聚乙二醇、乙二醇最佳添加量前提下,25℃時(shí)聚乙二醇與乙二醇擴(kuò)容效果均達(dá)到最優(yōu),比電容分別達(dá)到449,489μF/cm2。
[Abstract]:The effects of organic additives polyethylene glycol (molecular weight 400) and ethylene glycol on the specific capacitance and weight loss of aluminum foil were studied by means of electrochemical measurement and weightlessness method.
