有機緩蝕劑對陽極箔直流擴面增容的影響

【摘要】:通過電化學測試技術和失重法,研究了擴孔腐蝕過程中有機添加劑聚乙二醇(分子量為400)和乙二醇對鋁箔比電容以及失重的影響,并在確定添加劑最佳用量的前提下,分析了溫度對鋁箔腐蝕的影響。研究表明,聚乙二醇和乙二醇最佳添加量分別為0.4,0.8g/L,鋁箔比電容分別對應為372,334μF/cm2。經進一步優(yōu)化發(fā)現(xiàn),在聚乙二醇、乙二醇最佳添加量前提下,25℃時聚乙二醇與乙二醇擴容效果均達到最優(yōu),比電容分別達到449,489μF/cm2。
