TC17鈦合金兩相區(qū)變形時(shí)的失穩(wěn)行為及組織特征

【摘要】:利用Gleeble 3800型熱模擬試驗(yàn)機(jī)對TC17鈦合金在兩相區(qū)進(jìn)行了等溫恒應(yīng)變速率的熱壓縮試驗(yàn),分析了壓縮失穩(wěn)的變形條件;采用光學(xué)顯微鏡和掃描電子顯微鏡研究了壓縮變形后試樣的顯微組織。結(jié)果表明:TC17鈦合金在熱變形溫度750℃、應(yīng)變速率不小于1s~(-1)、變形量不小于45%下進(jìn)行熱壓縮時(shí),會發(fā)生變形失穩(wěn);變形失穩(wěn)后,隨變形量和應(yīng)變速率增加,其失穩(wěn)區(qū)變窄,組織變形不均勻性加劇;失穩(wěn)區(qū)主要是β轉(zhuǎn)變組織變形。
[Abstract]:The isothermal constant strain rate thermal compression test of TC17 titanium alloy in two-phase region was carried out by using Gleeble 3800 thermal simulator, and the deformation conditions of compression instability were analyzed. The microstructure of the specimens after compression deformation was studied by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results show that the deformation instability of TC17 titanium alloy will occur when the hot deformation temperature is 750 鈩,
