多電極耦合電弧形態(tài)研究
[Abstract]:Based on the data acquisition card and high speed video camera, a multi-electrode coupled arc test and testing system is set up. The welding arc signal and arc image are collected synchronously, and the detection and analysis of the multi-electrode coupled arc are realized. The arc behavior of the multi-electrode coupled arc is analyzed in detail by this system. The arc interaction in the magnetic field causes the arc to deviate to the cathode and produce the cathodic pole effect, which leads to the change of the multi-electrode coupling arc behavior. The cathode electrode effect in DE-GMAW welding process promotes the deviation of by-pass arc and reduces the arc stability. However, in arcing-wire GTAW welding process, the arc stability is improved, and the cathode electrode effect changes the behavior of cross-coupled arc main arc. The arc force of the main arc can promote the droplet transfer.
