噴射成形鎳基高溫合金時(shí)效行為(英文)

【摘要】:主要研究了噴射成形鎳基高溫合金的微觀組織特征和時(shí)效硬化行為。合金經(jīng)1140℃,8 h固溶處理,然后在780℃,2~12 h時(shí)效處理。分別測(cè)試了合金顯微硬度、析出相大小及形態(tài)、電導(dǎo)率和正電子湮沒(méi)壽命與時(shí)效時(shí)間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明,在時(shí)效8 h時(shí),顯微硬度達(dá)到最大值,此時(shí)γ'長(zhǎng)大到臨界尺寸56 nm。然而,時(shí)效時(shí)間超過(guò)8 h,合金顯微硬度降低,這是由于γ'長(zhǎng)大超過(guò)了其臨界尺寸。隨著時(shí)效時(shí)間延長(zhǎng)至6 h,電導(dǎo)率快速增加到其最大值32%IACS,但是正電子湮沒(méi)壽命則降低到最小值149 ps,在時(shí)效時(shí)間為10 h時(shí),正電子湮沒(méi)壽命達(dá)到最大值297 ps。這是由在時(shí)效過(guò)程中γ'尺寸的變化以及缺陷濃度的變化引起的。
