溫度及應(yīng)變速率對NZ31鎂合金鋸齒流變類型轉(zhuǎn)變的影響(英文)

【摘要】:將固溶處理后的NZ31鎂合金在不同溫度及應(yīng)變速率下進行拉伸實驗,研究溫度及應(yīng)變速率對鋸齒流變(Portevin-Le Chatelier效應(yīng))特征的影響。合金的鋸齒流變行為出現(xiàn)在溫度為150到250℃之間,在250℃時表現(xiàn)最劇烈,并且在晶粒內(nèi)部可以發(fā)現(xiàn)特定取向的滑移帶。隨著溫度的升高或應(yīng)變速率的降低,鋸齒流變類型由A型逐漸轉(zhuǎn)變成C型。單個A型鋸齒可劃分為局部釘扎、完全釘扎和脫釘三個階段。當溫度升高或者應(yīng)變速率降低時,溶質(zhì)原子釘扎能力的增強會促進完全釘扎階段的形成或者抑制脫釘階段的發(fā)生,從而引起鋸齒類型的轉(zhuǎn)變。
