激光定向生長(zhǎng)修復(fù)DZ125L柱狀晶葉片力學(xué)性能研究
[Abstract]:The laser direct forming of the same material was carried out on the DZ125L oriented substrate. The microstructure of the DZ125L cladding after repairing was analyzed and the mechanical properties at room temperature were tested. The strength of the bonding surface between the cladding structure and the oriented substrate was also measured. The results show that the structure of DZ125L grown by laser is columnar structure grown by epitaxial growth. The primary dendrite spacing is 812 渭 m, the secondary dendrite degenerates, and the columnar crystal size increases to 30 ~ 90 渭 m after heat treatment. A large number of uniformly distributed 緯 'strengthened phases were precipitated on the columnar matrix. The longitudinal tensile strength of the deposited columnar structure is 1312 MPa, and the longitudinal tensile strength of the columnar structure decreases to 1201 MPa, after heat treatment, which meets the national standard. The mechanical properties of the bonding surface of the cladding columnar crystal structure and the oriented substrate are good, and the directional growth meets the requirements of application.
