貴金屬微接點復(fù)合帶的工藝優(yōu)化設(shè)計及分析

【摘要】:采用正交實驗設(shè)計對Ag/CuNi20貴金屬微接點復(fù)合帶進行研究,分析了微接點復(fù)合帶熱軋復(fù)合及熱處理過程中加熱溫度、速度、變形量及軋輥溫度對復(fù)合帶的影響。實驗結(jié)果表明,在材料軟化溫度以上熱軋復(fù)合過程中,影響Ag/CuNi20復(fù)合微接點帶厚度的主要因素是變形量,而加熱溫度和軋輥溫度是影響復(fù)合帶材硬度的主要因素。從外觀質(zhì)量分析看出,Ag/CuNi20復(fù)合帶的熱軋復(fù)合最佳溫度為850℃,變形量為25%。Ag/CuNi20復(fù)合帶經(jīng)過熱處理可調(diào)整材料硬度,其中加熱溫度及軋輥速度對材料硬度的影響比較顯著。
[Abstract]:The effects of heating temperature, velocity, deformation and roll temperature on the Ag/CuNi20 composite strip during hot rolling and heat treatment were studied by orthogonal design. The experimental results show that the deformation is the main factor affecting the thickness of Ag/CuNi20 composite microstrip during the hot rolling process above the softening temperature, while the heating temperature and roll temperature are the main factors affecting the hardness of the composite strip. According to the analysis of appearance quality, the optimum temperature of hot rolling of Ag/CuNi20 composite strip is 850 鈩,
