【摘要】：采用顯微硬度測(cè)試、拉伸實(shí)驗(yàn)、EBSD和TEM等檢測(cè)手段研究了不同變形量對(duì)形變和時(shí)效結(jié)合制備的Al-Mg-Si-Cu合金力學(xué)性能和顯微結(jié)構(gòu)的影響.結(jié)果表明,隨著變形量的增加,軋制態(tài)合金的硬度會(huì)逐漸增加,后續(xù)時(shí)效過程中形變合金均能進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化但時(shí)效硬化能力逐漸下降;晶粒沿著軋制方向逐漸被拉長(zhǎng)為層狀結(jié)構(gòu),形成大量亞晶界.變形量小時(shí),合金內(nèi)位錯(cuò)密度隨著形變量的增加而增加;變形量較大時(shí),位錯(cuò)發(fā)生纏結(jié)并形成亞晶.形變導(dǎo)致的位錯(cuò)組態(tài)變化顯著影響合金的析出特性,析出相逐漸從離散分布演變?yōu)檫B續(xù)分布,連續(xù)分布的析出相是溶質(zhì)原子析出與缺陷退化交互作用的結(jié)果,通過調(diào)整形變量和時(shí)效工藝有助于制備強(qiáng)度和塑性結(jié)合良好的鋁合金.
[Abstract]:The effects of different deformations on the mechanical properties and microstructure of the Al-Mg-Si-Cu alloy prepared by the combination of deformation and aging were studied by means of microhardness test, tensile test, EBSD and TEM. The results show that the hardness of the rolled alloy increases with the increase of the amount of deformation, and the aging hardening ability of all the alloys can be further strengthened but the aging hardening ability decreases gradually during the subsequent aging process. Along the rolling direction, the grain is gradually elongated into a layered structure, forming a large number of sub-grain boundaries. The dislocation density in the alloy increases with the increase of the shape variable, and when the deformation is large, the dislocation becomes entangled and forms subcrystal. The dislocation configuration caused by deformation has a significant effect on the precipitation characteristics of the alloy. The precipitate phase gradually evolves from discrete distribution to continuous distribution. The continuous distribution of precipitated phase is the result of interaction between solute atom precipitation and defect degradation. By adjusting shape variables and aging process, aluminum alloy with good strength and plasticity can be prepared.
