CrFeAlTi復(fù)合涂層抗高溫氧化及耐鉛鉍合金腐蝕性能

【摘要】:采用熱噴涂-激光復(fù)合工藝在304不銹鋼基體上制備3種CrFeAlTi復(fù)合涂層。采用氧化增重法評(píng)定涂層和基材抗高溫氧化性能;利用光學(xué)顯微鏡(OM)、掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM/EDS)和X-射線衍射儀(XRD)對(duì)涂層微觀組織結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析,并對(duì)涂層耐液態(tài)鉛鉍合金(LBE)腐蝕性能進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)果表明,3種CrFeAlTi復(fù)合涂層均具有良好的抗高溫氧化性和耐液態(tài)鉛鉍合金腐蝕性,未加入304不銹鋼粉末制備的涂層相對(duì)更好;750℃和850℃下氧化3h后304基材增重量分別為0.70g/m2和0.88g/m2,而涂層增重量在850℃也僅有0.074g/m2;450℃和550℃下腐蝕300h,Pb元素沿基材表面向內(nèi)部的擴(kuò)散深度達(dá)到了8μm和10μm,而在涂層中幾乎無(wú)擴(kuò)散,涂層具有很好的抗腐蝕性,能阻止液態(tài)鉛鉍合金擴(kuò)散到內(nèi)部,對(duì)基材起到一定的防護(hù)作用。
[Abstract]:Three kinds of CrFeAlTi composite coatings were prepared on 304 stainless steel substrate by thermal spraying and laser composite process. The oxidation resistance of coatings and substrates at high temperature was evaluated by oxidation weight gain method. The microstructure of the coating was analyzed by (OM), scanning electron microscope (SEM/EDS) and X-ray diffractometer (XRD), and the corrosion resistance of the coating to liquid lead-bismuth alloy (LBE) was studied. The results show that the three CrFeAlTi composite coatings have good high temperature oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance of liquid lead-bismuth alloy, and the coating without 304 stainless steel powder is better.
