pH值和煅燒溫度對Cu-Ni納米合金的合成和特性的影響(英文)

【摘要】:用檸檬酸-凝膠法合成的前驅(qū)體制備Cu-Ni納米合金。研究溶液初始pH值和煅燒溫度對Cu-Ni納米顆粒的成分、晶粒結(jié)構(gòu)、純度、形貌、均勻性和晶粒尺寸的影響。這兩種參數(shù)對合成的納米顆粒的晶粒結(jié)構(gòu)、成分和晶粒尺寸都有很大的影響。溶液初始pH值為1時制備的Cu-Ni納米合金不含雜質(zhì),在300、400和500℃煅燒分別得到Cu_(0.42)Ni_(0.58)、Cu_(0.45)Ni_(0.55)和Cu_(0.52)Ni_(0.48)。溶液初始pH值為1.6和3時,所得Cu-Ni納米合金的晶粒尺寸隨著煅燒溫度的升高而增大。pH值為3時所得Cu-Ni納米合金的Ni含量隨著煅燒溫度的升高而逐漸增加。
[Abstract]:Cu-Ni nanoalloys were prepared by citric acid gel method. The effects of initial pH value and calcination temperature on the composition, grain structure, purity, morphology, homogeneity and grain size of Cu-Ni nanoparticles were investigated. These two parameters have great influence on the grain structure, composition and grain size of the synthesized nanoparticles.
