GW01鋁合金管材的熱處理工藝

【摘要】:GW01鋁合金是在6061鋁合金基礎(chǔ)上研發(fā)的一種新型高強鋁合金。采用三因素三水平的正交實驗,研究了固溶溫度-時間、時效溫度、時效時間三因素對GW01鋁合金T6處理后力學(xué)性能的影響規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明:隨著固溶溫度的提高和固溶時間的縮短,GW01鋁合金的抗拉強度、屈服強度和硬度均有大幅度提高,其伸長率則先降低后升高;隨著時效溫度的升高,GW01鋁合金的抗拉強度、屈服強度、硬度以及伸長率均不斷降低;GW01鋁合金的抗拉強度、屈服強度以及硬度均對時效時間不敏感,隨時效時間的延長只有小幅度的降低,其伸長率則隨時效時間的延長有一定幅度的提高。(510℃,3 h,水淬)+(170℃,18 h,空冷)的T6熱處理可以使GW01鋁合金管材獲得良好的綜合力學(xué)性能。
[Abstract]:GW01 aluminum alloy is a new high-strength aluminum alloy developed on the basis of 6061 aluminum alloy. The effects of solution temperature, aging temperature and aging time on the mechanical properties of GW01 aluminum alloy after T6 treatment were studied by orthogonal experiments with three factors and three levels. The results show that the tensile strength, yield strength and hardness of GW01 aluminum alloy increase greatly with the increase of solution temperature and solution time, and the elongation of GW01 aluminum alloy decreases first and then increases. With the increase of aging temperature, the tensile strength, yield strength, hardness and elongation of GW01 aluminum alloy decrease continuously. The tensile strength, yield strength and hardness of GW01 aluminum alloy are not sensitive to aging time. The elongation of GW01 aluminum alloy is increased by a certain extent (510 鈩,
