TC10鈦合金高溫變形行為和組織演變的研究

【摘要】:通過恒應(yīng)變壓縮實驗研究了鍛態(tài)TC10鈦合金的高溫變形行為和組織演變規(guī)律,變形溫度為800~920℃,應(yīng)變速率為0.01~10 s~(-1),變形量為60%。研究結(jié)果表明:降低變形溫度、提高應(yīng)變速率,流變應(yīng)力會在變形初期迅速增加,而顯微組織沒有明顯變化,當(dāng)流變應(yīng)力達到最大值后隨著動態(tài)再結(jié)晶的發(fā)生而逐漸降低。提高變形溫度、降低應(yīng)變速率,能夠為動態(tài)再結(jié)晶提供能量,細(xì)化組織并降低流變應(yīng)力。綜合分析表明:在變形溫度為840~900℃,應(yīng)變速率為0.01~0.1 s~(-1)的參數(shù)范圍內(nèi)進行熱變形可以獲得性能優(yōu)良的TC10鈦合金產(chǎn)品。
