【摘要】：外加不同頻率的縱向交流磁場(chǎng),采用鎢極氬弧焊焊接AZ91鎂板,焊后進(jìn)行固溶處理,分析焊接接頭固溶處理后的組織和性能。結(jié)果表明,經(jīng)固溶處理后,焊縫中第二相基本完全消失,焊縫組織由大量的單相α-Mg構(gòu)成。隨著磁場(chǎng)頻率的增加,焊縫區(qū)的晶粒尺寸先減小后增大,焊接接頭的顯微硬度、抗拉強(qiáng)度、塑性和耐電化學(xué)腐蝕性先增大后減小。當(dāng)磁場(chǎng)頻率為15 Hz時(shí),晶粒尺寸最小,接頭力學(xué)性能和耐蝕性最好。
[Abstract]:The AZ91 magnesium plate was welded by TIG welding with different frequency longitudinal alternating magnetic field. The microstructure and properties of the welded joints were analyzed by solution treatment. The results show that after solution treatment, the second phase of the weld disappears completely, and the microstructure of the weld is composed of a large number of single phase 偽-Mg. With the increase of the frequency of magnetic field, the grain size of the weld decreases first and then increases, and the microhardness, tensile strength, plasticity and electrochemical corrosion resistance of the welded joints increase first and then decrease. When the magnetic frequency is 15 Hz, the grain size is the smallest and the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the joints are the best.
