少齒數(shù)齒輪滾切加工技術(shù)的研究

【摘要】:Y38滾齒機床是目前工程實際中廣泛采用的典型齒輪加工設(shè)備,由于滾齒機加工漸開線齒輪具有切削連續(xù)的特點,加工時效率和精度比較高。文章實現(xiàn)了在Y38滾齒機床上直接加工生產(chǎn)少齒數(shù)齒輪,對于少齒數(shù)齒輪的推廣應用會帶來很大的方便。文章分析了滾齒加工過程中,滾刀刀齒各切削刃的切削力的大小以及總的切削力的計算公式。利用MATLAB軟件描述滾切過程軌跡,以滾刀和齒輪嚙合條件為參數(shù)間的不變量,求解出了滾刀切削時在被加工齒輪截面和圓柱面的切削軌跡。研究選擇利用范成法原理在Y38滾齒機上加工少齒數(shù)的滾切技術(shù),分析Y38滾齒機的傳動系統(tǒng),在理論上實現(xiàn)了少齒數(shù)齒輪在Y38滾齒機加工,并對加工中出現(xiàn)的機床無法啟動,工作臺轉(zhuǎn)速超過規(guī)定的極限轉(zhuǎn)速,滾切速度低等問題進行理論分析。在此基礎(chǔ)上進行了Y38滾齒機床加工少齒數(shù)齒輪改造,用電磁調(diào)速異步電機代替機床主電機,連接減速器的方法,實現(xiàn)了在Y38滾齒機床上加工少齒數(shù)齒輪,并總結(jié)了方案的優(yōu)缺點。
[Abstract]:Y38 gear hobbing machine is a typical gear machining equipment widely used in engineering practice at present. Because the involute gear machined by gear hobbing machine has the characteristics of continuous cutting, the efficiency and precision of machining is relatively high. This paper has realized the production of gear with less teeth directly on Y38 hobbing machine bed, which will bring great convenience to the popularization and application of gear with less tooth number. In this paper, the size of the cutting force and the calculation formula of the total cutting force of each cutting edge in the hobbing process are analyzed. The MATLAB software is used to describe the path of the hobbing process. The cutting path of the machined gear cross section and cylindrical surface is solved by using the invariant between the hob and the gear meshing condition as the parameter. This paper chooses the hobbing technology of machining less tooth number on Y38 hobbing machine by using the principle of generating method, analyzes the transmission system of Y38 gear hobbing machine, and theoretically realizes the machining of less tooth number gear in Y38 gear hobbing machine, and it can't start the machine tool that appears in the process. The problems of table speed exceeding the specified limit speed and low rolling speed are analyzed theoretically. On the basis of this, the Y38 hobbing machine tool was reformed to process less tooth number gear. The method of connecting the reducer with electromagnetic speed regulating asynchronous motor instead of the main motor of the machine tool was carried out, and the less tooth number gear was machined on the Y38 gear hobbing machine bed. The advantages and disadvantages of the scheme are summarized.
