銀氨體系抗壞血酸還原制備超細(xì)球形銀粉

【摘要】:以銀氨為原料,抗壞血酸為還原劑制備超細(xì)球形銀粉。考察加料速度、溶液初始pH、反應(yīng)溫度、AgNO_3溶液濃度等工藝參數(shù)對(duì)銀粉形貌、粒徑的影響,對(duì)銀粉進(jìn)行掃描電鏡、X線衍射和ζ電位分析等表征,研究銀粉的分散和生長(zhǎng)機(jī)理。研究結(jié)果表明:采用快速加料法,在硝酸銀溶液濃度不大于0.5 mol/L,反應(yīng)溫度低于60℃,銀氨溶液初始pH為12.0,不使用分散劑的條件下,可制備出分散性好,形貌規(guī)則的球形銀粉。銀粒子在該體系中具有自分散作用,銀粉的生長(zhǎng)符合二段生長(zhǎng)模型。
[Abstract]:Ultrafine spherical silver powder was prepared from silver ammonia and ascorbic acid as reducing agent. The effects of feeding rate, initial pH, reaction temperature and concentration of AgNO_3 solution on the morphology and particle size of silver powder were investigated. The silver powder was characterized by SEM, XRD and Zeta potential analysis. The dispersing and growth mechanism of silver powder were studied. The results show that the dispersity of silver nitrate solution can be obtained under the condition that the concentration of silver nitrate solution is less than 60 鈩,
