基于微分模型的空間圓弧與橢圓弧插補(bǔ)研究

【摘要】:針對目前圓弧插補(bǔ)與橢圓弧插補(bǔ)在適用范圍、計算效率與精度方面的問題,通過引入微分模型表達(dá)空間圓弧與橢圓弧,提出了基于微分模型的空間圓弧與橢圓弧插補(bǔ)方法,能實現(xiàn)空間任意圓弧與橢圓弧的插補(bǔ)。在空間圓弧插補(bǔ)中能實現(xiàn)零徑向誤差與零速度波動。在空間橢圓弧插補(bǔ)中能實現(xiàn)零徑向誤差與較低的速度波動。同時,該方法的插補(bǔ)過程統(tǒng)一了圓弧和橢圓弧的正逆插補(bǔ),無需象限判斷,因此插補(bǔ)流程簡單高效。另外,該方法采用的插補(bǔ)點遞推公式能轉(zhuǎn)換為一系列簡單的四則運算,因此插補(bǔ)計算效率高。仿真對比分析表明了該方法相對于目前的方法具有很大的優(yōu)越性。最后,在自主開發(fā)的數(shù)控平臺上實現(xiàn)了該方法并完成了試件的加工。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problems in the application range, calculation efficiency and precision of circular arc interpolation and elliptical arc interpolation, a method of space arc and elliptic arc interpolation based on differential model is proposed by introducing differential model to express space arc and elliptic arc. The interpolation of arbitrary circular arc and elliptical arc in space can be realized. Zero radial error and zero velocity fluctuation can be realized in space arc interpolation. Zero radial error and low velocity fluctuation can be realized in space elliptical arc interpolation. At the same time, the interpolation process of this method unifies the forward and inverse interpolation of circular arc and elliptical arc without quadrant judgment, so the interpolation process is simple and efficient. In addition, the interpolation point recursive formula used in this method can be converted into a series of simple four-principle operations, so the interpolation calculation efficiency is high. The simulation results show that this method is superior to the present method. Finally, the method is realized on the NC platform and the sample is processed.
