TC11合金大規(guī)格棒材異常組織分析

【摘要】:對TC11合金大規(guī)格棒材異常組織進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)果表明,異常組織為片狀α和β相組成的編織狀組織。與基體組織相比該區(qū)域顯微硬度高,微區(qū)成分Mo元素含量高、Al元素含量低。該異常組織是由于鑄錠微區(qū)成分不均勻性在精鍛過程中產(chǎn)生局部溫升形成的β斑。
[Abstract]:The abnormal structure of large size TC11 alloy bar was analyzed. The results show that the abnormal microstructure is a braided structure composed of 偽 and 尾 phases. Compared with the matrix, the microhardness of the region is higher, the content of Mo element is higher and the content of Al element is lower. The abnormal structure is due to the inhomogeneous composition of ingot during the process of precision forging resulting in local temperature rise to form 尾-spots.
