擠壓鑄造ZX60鎂合金組織和力學(xué)性能研究

【摘要】:采用X射線衍射儀、光學(xué)顯微鏡、掃描電鏡、透射電鏡和拉伸試驗(yàn)研究了澆注溫度和T6熱處理對擠壓鑄造Mg-6Zn-0.1Ca-0.5Mn(ZX60)合金組織和力學(xué)性能的影響。研究表明,鑄態(tài)合金的相組成為Mg基體和第二相MgZn_2相。隨著澆注溫度由720℃降低至680℃,鑄態(tài)組織枝晶間距減小,連續(xù)、粗大的第二相趨向于彌散分布,合金屈服強(qiáng)度提高但抗拉強(qiáng)度和伸長率下降。ZX60鎂合金經(jīng)T6熱處理后,主要強(qiáng)化相為沿[0001]_Mg分布的桿狀MgZn_2相,其屈服強(qiáng)度、抗拉強(qiáng)度和伸長率相對于鑄態(tài)分別提高了122%、62%和32%。
