架空輸電線路金具柔性耐磨重防腐蝕涂層的性能

【摘要】:為了提高架空輸電線路金具在大氣環(huán)境尤其是工業(yè)污染區(qū)的耐腐蝕性能,提出了柔性耐磨重防腐蝕涂層,以有機硅、無機硅、納米分散液、有機-無機雜化聚合物為主要成膜物質(zhì),在鍍鋅鋼板表面制備了4種柔性耐磨重防腐蝕涂層并對其進行不同溫度固化。按相關(guān)國家標準測試了涂層的彎折、鉛筆硬度、附著力、耐鹽霧性、耐酸堿性能;采用戶外腐蝕試驗檢驗涂層性能。結(jié)果表明:4種柔性耐磨重防腐蝕涂層均具有較好的耐腐蝕、耐磨、耐堿、耐高溫等性能,其中有機-無機雜化聚合物為成膜聚合物的涂層性能最優(yōu),最佳固化溫度為180℃,該涂層不僅具有耐重工業(yè)污染區(qū)嚴酷腐性的優(yōu)良性能,同時具有較好的耐磨性能;此技術(shù)費用低廉,具備推廣應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the corrosion resistance of overhead transmission line hardware in the atmospheric environment, especially in the industrial polluted area, a flexible wear-resistant heavy corrosion resistant coating was proposed, using organosilicon, inorganic silicon and nano-dispersion. Four kinds of flexible wear-resistant and heavy-corrosion resistant coatings were prepared on the galvanized steel sheet with organic-inorganic hybrid polymer as the main film-forming material and cured at different temperatures. The bending, pencil hardness, adhesion, salt spray resistance, acid and alkali resistance of the coating were tested according to the relevant national standards. The performance of the coating was tested by outdoor corrosion test. The results showed that the four kinds of flexible wear-resistant and heavy-duty anticorrosive coatings had better corrosion resistance, alkali resistance, high temperature resistance and so on. Among them, the organic inorganic hybrid polymer was the best film forming polymer, and the optimum curing temperature was 180 鈩,
