熱處理溫度對(duì)TC18鈦合金組織和性能的影響

【摘要】:采用正交回歸設(shè)計(jì)試驗(yàn)方法,研究了高溫階段、低溫階段熱處理溫度對(duì)TC18鈦合金性能和組織的影響,建立了強(qiáng)度和伸長(zhǎng)率回歸方程。結(jié)果表明:高溫階段隨溫度的升高,初生α相大小和形狀發(fā)生了改變,形狀由等軸組織逐漸變?yōu)獒槧罱M織和短桿狀組織,當(dāng)溫度達(dá)到860℃時(shí),產(chǎn)生了魏氏組織;低溫階段隨溫度的升高,由亞穩(wěn)定相β分解的次生αs彌散度增高,強(qiáng)度有所降低,而伸長(zhǎng)率相應(yīng)增加。
[Abstract]:The effects of heat treatment temperature on the properties and microstructure of TC18 titanium alloy at high and low temperatures were studied by orthogonal regression design. The regression equations of strength and elongation were established.
