【摘要】：采用微觀相場(chǎng)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,在原子層面上研究Ni75AlxV25-x合金中γ′相和θ相的沉淀過程及微觀結(jié)構(gòu)演化。模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,Al濃度對(duì)沉淀序列具有重要的影響。低Al濃度合金中,先析出θ(Ni3V)有序相,隨后析出γ′(Ni3Al)有序相;中Al濃度合金中,θ有序相及γ′有序相幾乎同時(shí)析出;高Al濃度合金中,γ′有序相先析出,θ有序相隨后析出。沉淀過程中,θ有序相和γ′有序相長(zhǎng)大和粗化過程中存在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)關(guān)系,無論先析出哪種相,θ有序相在粗化的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)過程中占有優(yōu)勢(shì)。因此,沉淀最后形成擇優(yōu)取向的顯微組織。
[Abstract]:The precipitation process and microstructure evolution of 緯 'phase and 胃 phase in Ni75AlxV25-x alloy were studied at atomic level by using micro phase field dynamics model. The simulation results show that the concentration of Al plays an important role in the precipitation sequence. 胃 (Ni3V) ordered phase was first precipitated in low Al concentration alloy, then 緯'(Ni3Al) ordered phase was precipitated in middle Al concentration alloy, 胃 ordered phase and 緯 'ordered phase almost simultaneously precipitated in middle Al concentration alloy. In the alloy with high Al concentration, 緯 'ordered phase is precipitated first, and 胃 ordered phase is then precipitated. In the precipitation process, there is a competitive relationship between 胃 ordered phase and 緯 'ordered phase growth and coarsening. No matter which phase is precipitated first, theta ordered phase has the advantage in the coarsening process. Therefore, the precipitation finally formed the preferred orientation of the microstructure.
