【摘要】：為了適應(yīng)異型螺桿集成制造技術(shù)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),研究了螺旋面的STEP數(shù)據(jù)模型和內(nèi)旋風(fēng)銑削技術(shù),提出一種基于STEP的異型螺桿數(shù)控加工方法。研究了螺旋面的STEP數(shù)據(jù)模型和幾何信息的提取方法;給出了利用非均勻有理B樣條模型獲取螺旋面參數(shù)的方法;研究了螺旋面的內(nèi)旋風(fēng)包絡(luò)銑削加工工藝及其刀軌計(jì)算方法;針對(duì)異型螺桿設(shè)計(jì)了一種計(jì)算機(jī)輔助制造系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)包括STEP文件讀取分析、特征識(shí)別、刀軌計(jì)算、刀軌驗(yàn)證、后處理等模塊,實(shí)現(xiàn)了異型螺桿的設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)與數(shù)控加工系統(tǒng)之間的有效集成。該系統(tǒng)的主要功能已實(shí)現(xiàn)并在實(shí)際加工中獲得了驗(yàn)證。
[Abstract]:In order to adapt to the development trend of the integrated manufacturing technology of special-shaped screw, the STEP data model of helical surface and the inner whirlwind milling technology were studied, and a NC machining method of special-shaped screw based on STEP was put forward. The STEP data model of helical surface and the extraction method of geometric information are studied, and the method of obtaining helical surface parameters by using non-uniform rational B-spline model is given. A computer aided manufacturing system is designed for special-shaped screw. The system includes STEP file reading and analysis, feature recognition, tool track calculation, tool track verification, post processing and so on. The effective integration between the design system and NC machining system of the special-shaped screw is realized. The main functions of the system have been realized and verified in actual processing.
