帶鋼軋制過(guò)程網(wǎng)絡(luò)仿真系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與研究

【摘要】:目前,板帶鋼的產(chǎn)量占所有鋼鐵生產(chǎn)的一半以上,軋鋼工藝中熱軋影響著最終帶鋼的質(zhì)量,所以研究熱軋帶鋼的工藝流程仿真是非常有必要的,具有重要的研究意義和應(yīng)用價(jià)值。本文以帶鋼生產(chǎn)控制工藝為仿真對(duì)象,并結(jié)合帶鋼生產(chǎn)工藝,設(shè)計(jì)出基于MVC框架的帶鋼軋制過(guò)程網(wǎng)絡(luò)仿真系統(tǒng)。同時(shí)以該系統(tǒng)為基礎(chǔ),研究了軋制工藝的厚度分配、軋制力與力矩、摩擦系數(shù)與前滑值以及帶鋼溫度,闡述了相應(yīng)的仿真流程和實(shí)現(xiàn)方法,設(shè)計(jì)了相應(yīng)的仿真模塊:(1)厚度分配模塊,主要研究了帶鋼厚度在熱軋中的變化情況;(2)軋制力與力矩模塊,主要研究了帶鋼在熱軋中所應(yīng)承受的軋制力與力矩的變化情況;(3)摩擦系數(shù)與前滑值模塊,主要研究了帶鋼在熱軋中摩擦系數(shù)與前滑值變化情況;(4)溫度變化模塊,主要研究了帶鋼因輻射、傳導(dǎo)、冷卻、變形和摩擦而導(dǎo)致溫度變化的情況。通過(guò)實(shí)際數(shù)據(jù)的輸入得到的仿真結(jié)果數(shù)據(jù)與實(shí)際的熱軋結(jié)果數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行比較后,說(shuō)明了該仿真系統(tǒng)對(duì)于實(shí)際的軋制生產(chǎn)具有一定的參考作用,證明該網(wǎng)絡(luò)仿真系統(tǒng)有著良好的可靠性。
[Abstract]:At present, the production of strip is more than half of all steel production, and hot rolling affects the quality of final strip in rolling process, so it is very necessary to study the process simulation of hot rolled strip. It has important research significance and application value. In this paper, the strip rolling process simulation system based on MVC frame is designed by taking the strip production control process as the simulation object and combining the strip steel production process. On the basis of the system, the thickness distribution, rolling force and torque, friction coefficient and forward slip value and strip temperature of rolling process are studied, and the corresponding simulation flow and realization method are described. The corresponding simulation modules are designed: (1) thickness distribution module, mainly studying the change of strip thickness in hot rolling; (2) Rolling force and moment module, the change of rolling force and torque that strip should bear in hot rolling is studied. (3) friction coefficient and forward slip value module, mainly studied the change of friction coefficient and forward slip value in hot rolling; (4) temperature change module, which mainly studies the temperature change caused by radiation, conduction, cooling, deformation and friction of strip steel. After comparing the simulation result data with the actual hot rolling result data, it is proved that the simulation system has a certain reference function for the actual rolling production. It is proved that the network simulation system has good reliability.
