超重型切削過程硬質(zhì)合金刀具高溫力學(xué)特性

【摘要】:超重型切削過程中,刀具的高溫失效是硬質(zhì)合金刀具破損的主要形式之一。首先,通過理論分析、切削仿真及數(shù)學(xué)模型進(jìn)行切削熱產(chǎn)生過程分析,并研究切削溫度對(duì)硬質(zhì)合金刀具變形抗力的影響;然后,進(jìn)行切削溫度及材料高溫硬度測(cè)量實(shí)驗(yàn),實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果驗(yàn)證模型有效,硬質(zhì)合金和工件材料試塊的硬度在1000℃時(shí)分別下降了28%和60%左右;最后,從刀具幾何結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)和復(fù)合涂層技術(shù)兩方面提出超重型切削專用硬質(zhì)合金刀具抗高溫性能的提效措施,在5組切削參數(shù)下進(jìn)行刀具壽命對(duì)比實(shí)驗(yàn),優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)的XF8刀具壽命是YT15刀具的2~5倍。研究結(jié)果可以為重型高效切削刀具技術(shù)的研究及推廣提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:The high temperature failure of cutting tools is one of the main forms of carbide cutting tool breakage. Firstly, through theoretical analysis, cutting simulation and mathematical model, the process of cutting heat generation is analyzed, and the influence of cutting temperature on the deformation resistance of cemented carbide tools is studied. Then, the cutting temperature and the hardness of the material at high temperature are measured. The experimental results show that the model is effective.
