QT500表面等離子噴涂8YSZ熱障涂層TGO的殘余應(yīng)力狀態(tài)及數(shù)值分析

【摘要】:分別采用超音速火焰噴涂(HOVF)和等離子噴涂(APS)在QT500球墨鑄鐵基體上制備Co Ni Cr Al Y粘結(jié)層(BC)和8YSZ陶瓷隔熱層(TC),研究了試樣在1050℃高溫環(huán)境中經(jīng)過2.5、8、15、50、100 h恒溫氧化后體系的應(yīng)力情況。利用掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)對熱生長氧化物(TGO)的微觀形貌進(jìn)行觀察與分析,并用拉曼熒光光譜儀(RFS)分析了其應(yīng)力的分布及變化規(guī)律,并通過力學(xué)模型進(jìn)行了殘余應(yīng)力的數(shù)值計算。結(jié)果表明:由陶瓷層與粘結(jié)層之間的熱失配而導(dǎo)致TGO中產(chǎn)生殘余壓應(yīng)力,其最大值范圍為1.9557~1.9603 GPa;殘余壓應(yīng)力在高溫氧化初始階段逐漸減小,至15 h達(dá)到最小值,隨之逐漸增大后趨于穩(wěn)定;在恒溫階段,θ-Al2O3轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)棣?Al2O3所引起的體積收縮是TGO中殘余應(yīng)力減小并趨于穩(wěn)定的直接原因。
