熱處理對(duì)冷作模具鋼的組織與性能影響

【摘要】:以42CrMo模具鋼為研究對(duì)象,采用拉伸試驗(yàn)、沖擊試驗(yàn)、硬度測(cè)試和顯微組織分析等方法,研究了淬火溫度和回火溫度對(duì)模具鋼組織與力學(xué)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,200℃低溫回火時(shí),隨著淬火溫度升高,模具鋼的抗拉強(qiáng)度先上升后降低,而伸長(zhǎng)率、斷面收縮率、沖擊韌度呈現(xiàn)下降趨勢(shì);600℃高溫回火時(shí),隨著淬火溫度的升高,模具鋼的抗拉強(qiáng)度在1 040℃前略有降低,而伸長(zhǎng)率、斷面收縮率、沖擊韌度和硬度整體呈現(xiàn)下降的趨勢(shì)。200℃低溫回火后的模具鋼的強(qiáng)度滿足要求,但是伸長(zhǎng)率和沖擊韌度均低于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求;600℃高溫回火后,模具鋼的強(qiáng)度、塑性和韌性都能滿足冷作模具鋼對(duì)基材的要求。
